IPO of Unibep SA
April 2008
On April 8th, 2008 Unibep S.A. - a dynamically expanding construction company- had its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The value of shares offered amounted to 71.1 mln PLN. BRE Corporate Finance acted as a financial advisor, responsible for valuation and prospectus for the purpose of the initial public offering.
BRE CF - Authorized NewConnect Adviser

The management of the Warsaw Stock Exchange has positively assessed BRE Corporate Finance competences and experience in the field of ECM and on March 27th, 2008 BRE CF was admitted to the Authorized Advisers list for the Alternative Trading System on NewConnect market.
IPO of Optopol Technology SA
February 2008
On 19th February 2008 Optopol Technology SA has debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Optopol Technology is a producer of innovative technologies used to build modern diagnostics equipment in ophthalmology. The value of offered shares was 66 mln PLN. BRE Corporate advised Optopol Technology, being responsible for valuation of the company and preparation of the prospectus for the IPO.
