IPO of Nepentes SA
December 2007
On December 14th, 2007 Nepentes SA - a company operating in the pharmaceutical sector (creator of such brands as Iwostin, Emoilium, Elixine) - had its debut on Warsaw Stock Exchange. The value of shares offered amounted to 75.6 mln PLN. BRE Corporate Finance acted as a financial advisor, responsible for the valuation and preparation of prospectus for the purpose of the IPO.
IPO of SecoWarwick SA
December 2007
On December 5th, 2007 SecoWarwick SA - a manufacturer of industrial heat treatment equipment and nonferrous reverb melting and holding systems - debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The value of shares offered amounted to 99.3 mln PLN. BRE Corporate Finance provided services of a financial advisor, responsible for valuation and prospectus for the purpose of the initial public offering.
Acquisition of Famak SA
July 2007
In July 2007 Fugo SA, a producer of mechanical equipment, spare parts and steel structures, purchased 45% of shares of FAMAK SA Machinery and Equipment Factory. BRE Corporate Finance was the buy-side advisor in the process of preparation and carrying out of the transaction.
IPO of Komputronik SA
July 2007
On July 9th, 2007 Komputronik SA - a leader in retail sales and wholesale of computer equipment and computer software and a provider of IT solutions for business - debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The value of shares offered amounted to 63.7 mln PLN. BRE Corporate Finance provided services of a financial advisor preparing valuation and prospectus for the purpose of the IPO.
Sale of IT companies
June 2007
BRE Corporate Finance acted as an advisor to three independent companies - internet providers (Lanet Sp. z o.o., Kom-Net Systemy Komputerowe Sp. z o.o. and Magma Systemy Komputerowe Schmidt i S-ka Sp. z o.o.) in the process of sale of 100% of their shares. The transaction was successful and all three companies were sold to one investor - one of the major telecommunications companies operating on the Polish market, WSE listed - Netia SA. The total value of the transaction was 27.3 mln PLN. The transaction was completed in June 2007.
Sale of stake in FIN
BRE CF acted as financial advisor to FIN SA in the process of searching for a strategic industry investor for FIN - provider of comprehensive range of products and services that support maintenance, repair and on-going operations of production machinery. As a result of our cooperation, Fin sold 51% stake to the British company Brammer plc. The share purchase agreement had an option of future sale of the remaining 49 % of shares to this investor.
IPO of Erbud SA
May 2007
On the 15th May 2007 Erbud SA - a company operating in the construction sector - had its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The value of shares offered amounted to 170 mln PLN. BRE Corporate Finance acted as a financial advisor, responsible for valuation and prospectus for the purpose of the IPO.
Investment in PPH Transsystem SA
May 2007
In May 2007 an agreement was concluded between PPH Transsystem SA (a client of BRE Corporate Finance ) and Nova Polonia Natexis Private Equity Fund, managed by Krokus Private Equity, pertaining to the Fund's investment in PPH Transsystem by way of purchase of its shares of new issue.
IPO of Es-System SA
March 2007
On March 9th, 2007 Es-System SA - a producer of lighting systems - debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The value of shares offered amounted to 67.9 mln PLN. BRE Corporate Finance provided financial advisory services, being responsible for valuation and prospectus for the purpose of the initial public offering.
Purchase of stake in CMC Zawiercie
February 2007
In February 2007 transaction was concluded between CMC Zawiercie and the Ministry of Treasury, whereby CMC purchased 26.38% of its State-owned shares designated for redemption. BRE Corporate Finance acted as the buy-side advisor in the process.
