IPO of Lubelski Węgiel "Bogdanka" SA

On June 25th, 2009 Lubelski Węgiel "Bogdanka" SA  - one of the leading producers of hard coal in Poland - had its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The value of offered shares amounted to 528 mln PLN. BRE Corporate Finance acted as a financial advisor to LW "Bogdanka" SA, responsible for  valuation and prospectus for the purpose of the IPO.

In January 2009 BRE Corporate Finance obtained mandate from the Polish Pharmaceutical Holding (PHF) for advisory services in the process of Warszawskie Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polfa S.A. privatization (sell-side advisory).
