In 2005 on commission of the Management of Węglokoks S.A., BRE CF prepared a valuation of the Company with the use of two methods.

Besides in the period of February -  April 2010 BRE CF acted as corporate finance advisor to Węglokoks S.A. in preparation of the Company strategy. 

In the period of August 2008 - March 2009 BRE CF acted on commission of Ciech S.A. and prepared a strategy of Ciech Chemical Group.

Since February 2009 BRE CF has acted as an advisor to the Management Board of Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A. and has prepared valuations of selected subsidiaries, i.e. Petrolot Sp. z o.o., GTL LOT Usługi Lotniskowe Sp. z o.o., LOT Catering Sp. z o.o., LOT Services Sp. z o.o., Eurolot S.A. and Casinos Poland Sp. z o.o. Besides BRE CF prepared the valuation of PLL LOT's technical base located at 17 Stycznia 39 Street in Warsaw.

In November 2009  and June 2010 BRE Corporate Finance prepared discounted cash flow and multiple valuation of Robyg S.A. for the purpose of Initial Public Offering on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

In March 2008 BRE Corporate Finance acted as an advisor to the Management of Morpol S.A. (the world leader in smoked salmon products) and prepared the valuation of Morpol Group using two methods.

In June 2009 BRE CF prepared business plan of Morpol Group.

In the years of 2005-2007 BRE CF provided consultancy work in the process of: (i) arranging the organizational structure of the Group operating through several companies (ii) arranging the financial structure and (iii) preparing several options of development strategy for the company.

In 2007 BRE CF participated in the process of raising financing for development investments of Airport Hotel Okęcie. A business plan drawn up by BRE CF constituted a basis for negotiations with the banks.

In Novemeber 2005 BRE CF prepared a development strategy together with a business plan for 2005-2013 for this company. The final report included: strategic analysis of company’s position against its competitors, financial analysis of current situation, strategy for company’s operations development, proposals for finance structure of company’s investments, financial projections as well as conclusions and recommendations.

In October 2005 BRE CF prepared a valuation of Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn S.A. ("Kędzierzyn” Nitrogen Works) and Zakłady Azotowe in Tarnów-Mościce S.A. (Nitrogen Works in Tarnów-Mościce) with the DCF method and carried out a due diligence process of both companies. The works were conducted  with a view of potential acquisition of those companies by Anwil S.A.

In 2007 BRE CF worked on developing a concept of transformation of P.P. Porty Lotnicze (branch in Rzeszów) into an independent company PL Rzeszów (Rzeszów Airport). BRE CF prepared an analysis of business and financial effects of the transformation. The presented analyses were based upon complex forecasts of airport operations.

In September 2007 BRE CF prepared a valuation of GTL S.A., a company managing Katowice Pyrzowice International Airport. The valuation was prepared with the use of two methods: DCF and market multiples method.
