Jacek Kowalski, Director

Jacek Kowalski has been working in BRE CF since October 1998 , since 2004 he is holding a position of director. He is a graduate from Finance and Banking Faculty at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Participation in numerous advisory projects provided him with an in-depth knowledge of M&A transactions, corporate finance (several dozen valuations within M&A or IPO transactions, business plans, development strategies, restructuring plans of public and non-public companies) and processes of arranging finance. He has supervised and participated in many due diligence projects. Jacek Kowalski has vast experience in the following sectors: FMCG distribution, construction and real estate development, chemical, steel and power sector equipment as well as telecommunications, new technologies and banking.

Marcin Steindel, Director

He is a graduate from Warsaw School of Economics. Joined BRE CF in 1999, he has been a director for the past 5 years.

He participated in more than 100 advisory projects since he started in BRE CF. His extensive experience covers M&A transactions (i.a. PHS, FIN, Polmos Białystok and many more), leveraged buyouts and raising finance ( Król Kazimierz, Polmor), corporate finance advisory (several dozen valuations, business plans, development strategies and strategies for raising finance). Marcin Steindel has wide experience in the following sectors: construction and real estate development, building materials production, tourism and hotel industry, food, FMCG production and distribution, retail trade, iron and steel industry.

Andrzej Markiewicz, Director

Joined BRE CF in February 2006, he has been holding a position of a director for one year now. He has a master's degree from Cracow University of Economics, majoring in Operation and Development of Enterprises.

He participated in advisory projects on M&A transactions (sale of internet and IT companies), drawn up information memorandums and issuing prospectuses, prepared investment projections, business plans, valuations, feasibility studies and market and financial analyses. The core sectors of his interest are: new technologies, media, telecommunications and food industry.

Cezary Gadowski, Director

He joined BRE CF in April 2001 and for the past two years he has been holding a director position. He graduated from the Cracow University of Economics, majoring in Finance and Banking.

He managed projects in thearea of M&A transactions (pharmaceutical sector), raising finance (mining sector), due diligence (metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, IT sector) and valuations (insurance, construction, trade and distribution sectors). Moreover, Cezary Gadowski participated in many projectson public offerings, including IPOs of companies operating in the pharmaceutical distribution, food and IT sector. He also gained considerable experience in privatization projects (health resorts, chemical and media sector).The main sectors of his interest are: healthcare, production and distribution of pharmaceuticals and insurance sector.

Łukasz Bożek, Associate Director

Joined BRE CF in April 2004, he became an Associate Director at the end of 2007. He is a graduate from Finance and Banking Faculty at the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Enterprise Finance Management. He was also granted a scholarshipat Johannes Gutenberg Universität in Mainz.

In BRE CF his core area of interest is transport and logistics, construction and real estate development and tourism and hotel industry. His projects encompassed valuations in M&A transactions, business plans and development strategies as well as raising finance. Łukasz Bożek is also experienced in preparing valuations within IPO processes.

Marcin Koziorowski, Associate Director

He is a graduate from Warsaw School of Economics. He joined BRE CF in October 2006 and has been promoted to the associate director position in January 2009.

He gained extensive experience in corporate finance advisory (valuations, financial modelling, business plans, due diligence) and in public offerings advisory (information memoranda, prospectuses, private placement). Marcin Koziorowski also has wide experience in the following industries: oil and gas, chemical, food and FMCG production and distribution.

In BRE CF Paweł Bieńkowski worked on applying for grants within measure 2.2.1 of the Sectoral Operational Programme - Improvement of Competitiveness of Enterprises, drawn up a report on Polish municipal water and wastewater companies for a foreign industry investor and advised in the process of applying for tax relief forUS aviation industry investor.
