We are a specialized consultancy firm operating in the area of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and transaction advisory. Our Company belongs to the investment banking division of BRE Bank.  Our experience dates back to the beginnings of Polish market economy. We are an active player on the market since 1991.

BRE Corporate Finance provides services to both Polish and foreign entities. We pride ourselves on having extensive experience in key sectors of Polish economy including those of strategic importance (like energy and fuel industry). We have participated in numerous M&A and capital market transactions, privatizations and restructuring processes.

The total value of transactions carried out by BRE Corporate Finance as an advisor exceeded USD 10 billion in 2008.  Within the last 3 years we have conducted more than 250 advisory projects.
